# Frame Pair Camera > Frame Pair Camera records one take as paired vertical 9:16 and horizontal 16:9 clips for local iPhone and iPad creator workflows. Frame Pair Camera is a local-first iPhone and iPad creator camera app for recording one take and keeping vertical and horizontal outputs together through review, trim, save, and share. ## Site overview Frame Pair Camera is built for creators who need the same moment in both vertical and horizontal formats without filming it twice. The public site describes a local paired-output workflow, feature controls, creator use cases, device compatibility, screenshots, support, and download links. The public app page lists support for iOS 17.0 or later and iPadOS 17.0 or later. Dual-camera capture depends on supported hardware, iOS or iPadOS capabilities, active camera conditions, battery, thermal state, and camera pressure. When dual capture is unavailable, the app can fall back to a single-camera workflow when possible. Quality choices adapt to the active device and camera setup, instead of assuming every camera can use the same capture settings. ### Media pack The site includes a public media pack for App Store and press materials. It contains the App Preview demo video, iPhone and iPad captures, app icon, product copy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service. The website contact form opens an editable support email draft. Nothing is sent automatically, and recordings, photos, videos, and logs are not attached. Support email: shesekcompany@gmail.com Support route: /#support Contact form route: /#contact ### Does Frame Pair Camera upload my videos? No. Frame Pair Camera is local-first and does not automatically upload recordings, photos, videos, edited clips, or logs. ### Why is dual-camera capture unavailable on my device? Dual-camera capture depends on supported hardware, iOS or iPadOS capabilities, active camera conditions, battery, thermal state, and camera pressure. When dual capture is unavailable, the app can fall back to a single-camera workflow when possible. ### Can one recording create vertical and horizontal clips? Yes. On supported devices, Frame Pair Camera records paired vertical and horizontal clips. In single-camera mode, the app can generate both formats locally from one source clip. ### Where are finished videos saved? Finished videos stay local until you choose what to do next. Save to Photos writes the selected outputs to your Photos library, and Share opens the system share sheet. ### Which permissions does the app request? Camera and microphone permissions are used for recording. Add-only Photos permission is requested only when you choose to save finished videos to Photos. ### Which devices does Frame Pair Camera support? The public app page lists support for iOS 17.0 or later and iPadOS 17.0 or later. Camera features still vary by device hardware, operating system capabilities, permissions, and current camera conditions. ### Does a support email include recordings or logs? No. Report Problem and the website support link create an editable email draft. They are not sent automatically and do not attach recordings, photos, videos, or log files. ## Privacy Last updated: May 19, 2026 Frame Pair Camera is designed as a local-first camera app. Recordings stay on your device unless you choose to save or share them. The app does not include account systems, backend services, automatic cloud upload, or in-app ads. Frame Pair Camera uses limited Firebase Analytics, Performance Monitoring, and Crashlytics diagnostics by default to understand app flow, detect performance issues, and diagnose crashes. You can turn this off in the app Settings. The website uses limited Firebase Analytics for selected website events when analytics are enabled, with an opt-out control in the website footer. Frame Pair Camera includes Meta App Events for Instagram and Facebook ad measurement. Meta ad measurement is disabled unless you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. When allowed, the app may send basic app, paywall, trial, and subscription events to Meta to understand whether ads lead to installs and Premium subscriptions. Frame Pair Camera does not require an account, does not upload media to the cloud, and creates local files first. Optional Premium purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. During normal use, Frame Pair Camera does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, account identifiers, recordings, photos, videos, audio files, edited clips, precise location, contacts, browsing history, or social account data. Firebase may receive limited app and website usage events, app performance measurements, crash information, app instance identifiers, coarse region inferred by Firebase, browser/device/app/OS information, and diagnostics needed to operate these services. Frame Pair Camera does not send file names, file paths, local media URLs, support report body text, email contents, camera frames, audio levels, photos, videos, or arbitrary free-text error strings to Firebase. If you allow tracking, Meta may receive app-event data related to installs, app opens, paywall views, subscribe taps, trial starts, and Premium subscription starts for advertising measurement and optimization. Frame Pair Camera does not send recordings, filenames, support diagnostics, email, contacts, location, or app account data to Meta. Camera and microphone permissions are used for recording features inside the app and are not uploaded by Frame Pair Camera. Add-only Photos permission is requested only when you choose to save finished videos to your Photos library. It is used to write selected output files to Photos and is not used to read, scan, or upload your existing photo library. Frame Pair Camera creates local video files on your device first. Save to Photos and Share actions happen only when you choose them. Free exports may include a Frame Pair watermark copy while original local recordings remain in the app sandbox. Support email drafts can include non-sensitive diagnostics such as app version, build number, iOS or iPadOS version, device model identifier, device type, orientation, app state, permission statuses, camera status, selected camera mode, selected quality, capability notes, and current app warnings. Frame Pair Camera does not send the report automatically and does not attach recordings, photos, videos, or log files. The contact form on the support page can prefill an email with browser-visible details such as app name, app version, source page, page URL, local time, time zone, language, platform, user agent, viewport size, screen size, device pixel ratio, and touch capability. You can review, edit, cancel, or send the email before anything is delivered. ## Terms Last updated: May 18, 2026 These Terms of Service govern your use of Frame Pair Camera. Frame Pair Camera is a camera utility for recording local video files and preparing vertical 9:16 plus horizontal 16:9 outputs. Dual-camera capture depends on supported device hardware and operating system capabilities. When dual-camera capture is unavailable, the app may offer single-camera capture and local output generation instead. You are responsible for the videos, audio, and other content you record, edit, save, or share using Frame Pair Camera. Frame Pair Camera does not claim ownership of your recordings. You must make sure that you have the rights and permissions needed to record people, places, music, trademarks, copyrighted material, or other protected content. Frame Pair Camera may reduce quality, disable options, stop recording, or show warnings when required by device conditions. Frame Pair Camera is not an emergency, security, surveillance, medical, legal, or professional production service. Frame Pair Camera is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your download and use of the app may also be subject to Apple's App Store terms, device terms, and platform rules. Frame Pair Camera may offer an optional auto-renewable Premium subscription through Apple In-App Purchase. Premium removes the Frame Pair watermark from saved and shared export copies. Free users can still record, edit, play back, and keep local files inside the app. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple through your Apple Account and App Store settings. Frame Pair Camera is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or able to record, save, export, or share every file under every condition. ## Subscription information Last updated: May 19, 2026 Frame Pair Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription.
