Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Frame Pair Camera. By downloading, installing, or using Frame Pair Camera, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Frame Pair Camera is local-first, does not use accounts, does not automatically upload media to the cloud, and creates local files first. Limited diagnostics and analytics are described in the Privacy Policy and can be turned off. An optional App Store subscription can remove the Frame Pair watermark from exported copies.
What Frame Pair Camera Does
Frame Pair Camera is a camera utility for recording local video files and preparing vertical 9:16 plus horizontal 16:9 outputs. Dual-camera capture depends on supported device hardware and operating system capabilities. When dual-camera capture is unavailable, the app may offer single-camera capture and local output generation instead.
Local Files and Your Content
You are responsible for the videos, audio, and other content you record, edit, save, or share using Frame Pair Camera. Frame Pair Camera does not claim ownership of your recordings. You must make sure that you have the rights and permissions needed to record people, places, music, trademarks, copyrighted material, or other protected content.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Frame Pair Camera to:
- Violate laws, regulations, privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or contractual obligations.
- Record or share content without required consent.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or harm another person.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app except where allowed by applicable law.
- Use the app in a way that could damage devices, systems, or services.
Hardware and Feature Availability
Camera availability, dual-camera support, lens options, frame rate, resolution, stabilization, flash, focus, exposure, audio behavior, save behavior, and export behavior can vary by device, iOS or iPadOS version, permissions, storage, battery, thermal state, and camera pressure. Frame Pair Camera may reduce quality, disable options, stop recording, or show warnings when required by device conditions.
No Emergency or Professional Reliance
Frame Pair Camera is not an emergency, security, surveillance, medical, legal, or professional production service. You should not rely on it where failure, delay, data loss, recording interruption, or output differences could cause harm or significant loss.
App Store and Apple Terms
Frame Pair Camera is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your download and use of the app may also be subject to Apple's App Store terms, device terms, and platform rules. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Frame Pair Camera except as required by applicable law and Apple's own terms.
Payments
Frame Pair Camera may offer an optional auto-renewable Premium subscription through Apple In-App Purchase. Premium removes the Frame Pair watermark from saved and shared export copies. Free users can still record, edit, play back, and keep local files inside the app. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple through your Apple Account and App Store settings.
Privacy
Your use of Frame Pair Camera is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The policy explains that Frame Pair Camera is local-first, does not automatically upload media, uses limited Firebase diagnostics and website analytics with opt-out controls, and uses Meta ad measurement only if tracking permission is allowed in iOS.
Updates and Changes
Frame Pair Camera may be updated to add, change, or remove features, improve reliability, address security issues, or comply with platform requirements. These terms may also be updated. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated app and terms.
Disclaimer
Frame Pair Camera is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or able to record, save, export, or share every file under every condition.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frame Pair Camera and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost recordings, device issues, or interruption of use arising from or related to the app.
Termination
You may stop using Frame Pair Camera at any time. These terms remain applicable to your past use of the app. The developer may stop providing or supporting the app where permitted by law.
